Approximately fifteen minutes after the vandalism first appeared, notes appeared with it.

“There once was an engineer who was Martian,
this is the only true part
Whose mother should've had an abortion.
that’s just disgusting
He cried so much every day,
all babies cry, you kumquat!
His mum died just to get away,
this poem is so bad it went back in time and killed her. The author should be arrested for her murder.
Now his face looks like testicular torsion.
Misinformation. The engineer in question is hot and has a cute face.”

Underneath was a huge F which was circled, along with the note, “I’ve read better poetry from Vogons. Perhaps you could write me an Ode to a Bogie You Found in Your Left Nostril and I’ll consider giving you a better grade.”

Jayla Kij may have been seen smirking in the vicinity shortly after the addendums appeared. But for some reason, the security footage was corrupted and could not be repaired, so nobody knows for sure….
