| Personal History | Stanislav Finch has committed virtually every cyber crime for which the Federation Security Council has written a law, but he stands acquitted of them all due to insufficient evidence, evidence tampering, or suspected blackmail. The FDOJ at one point had an entire task group dedicated with bringing him to justice. After years of unsuccessful prosecution, a bargain was struck: Finch would make use of his honorary doctorate from a virtual institute of higher learning which cannot be proven to exist in fact in order to serve aboard a Starfleet ship of the line where he would put his dark gifts for subterfuge, encryption/decryption, and general harrying tactics to good with the honorary rank of LTJG. After multiple transfers from many salty captains, Finch has been ensconced onto the Daedalus where he will live out his contract to Starfleet and repay his debt to the Federation. | |
